Hi chip424, I experience the same problems. I have foot and mouth neuropathy for 10 years, have the same condition you state ab't cognative impairment. I also suffer from feeling "homebound" and not wanting to go out. My shrink thinks I'm "drugseeking" so seems to give me the 'cold shoulder' & I feel likewise. I think I must go see her again, as the Lyrica Rx 100 mg. tid seems not enough. Glad to be in a group! Hope to be active.
My mouth neuropathy is generated by smelling perfume, hairspray or strong deoderant. It lasts for hours. Is painful (burning tongue/mouth) & also comes from smoking or smelling smoke (cigarette). Canabis does not help.

It's difficult to say which medicine could be causing these side effects in you. It could be anyone (apart from the vitamins).
