knittenki...I am on Lexapro 70mgs from my psychiatrist. It seems like no one in this galaxy is on such a high dose!!! Is there anyone here who can relate??

That is a bit much. The clinical trials show that doses above 20 showed no significant difference to the 20mg dose. Personally, I think if you need that high a dose it isn't working and you need to try something else. Please get a second opinion.
