Dosage Forms and Strengths

Recommended dosage is 6 pills a day or 1 packet at bedtime. If you do not have problem with taking pills, then I would recommend the pill form. I have been doing the packet and it is a bear to get it mixed good enough to take, matter-of-fact, I gag when I am trying to get it down.
