Yes. There are many natural products that may reduce cholesterol eg. Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Plant Sterols and Stanols, Fish oil, Vitamin E, Artichoke leaf, Soluble fibre etc.

Does taking fish oil make the cholesterol slippery or something. Mine are so big they take up much needed space in my pill dispenser.
