i had found this pill and i dont remember what it is can someone help?

Pill imprint IP 465 has been identified as Ibuprofen 600 mg.
Ibuprofen is used in the treatment of back pain; pain; osteoarthritis; headache; rheumatoid arthritis (and more), and belongs to the drug class nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
Ibuprofen 600 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

The pill is circle and white. It has 44 at that top and 104 at the bottom. Plain on the other side.
