Hi my son is 11 years old he is very skiny boy (59pound 4.7feet tall) in order to gain some weight his doctor give him cyprohyptadine 4mg tab ounce a day for 5 month iam worry about the side effect for long terme how much this drug is safe for 11 years boy?

I'm sorry I can't comment on the ling term side effects of cyproheptadine. The reviews about it's use to gain weight are quite positive.
