Hi members: I've been using zstrix hp ever since the shingles blisters subsided and PHN set in. I had none of the searing pain for two weeks, but had another incident today. Is that usual? When do I know to stop using Zostrix?

Zostrix Cream is a topical analgesic useful in helping with shingle pain.
Zostrix will not make the shingles pain go away any quicker - it helps to control the pain.
Since you have had another incident continue to use it.
It is impossible to predict how long you will need to use Zostrix for.
Maybe continue to use it for at least another couple of weeks.
