Hi, I've been diagnosed with ITP since 2004. All of the usual drugs (except ivig) and a splenectomy have not worked. I have bleeding symptoms when my count falls below 35. I started Romiplostim on 1st Feb 2010 with the lowest dose. We are now at the end of June but my count keeps dropping below 30 and I have ivig. I have just had my dose increased to 6 x. I know the maximum dose is 10 x but has anyone got up to that dosage or is it just not going to work for me? Regards, griggsboy
