The normal dose for iron deficiency anemia is 50mg three times a day, but if you are bleeding heavily I suppose it's fine to take an extra 30mg per day.
You must be really low in iron. Just get your doctor to do a blood test every so often to see what your blood levels are.

If Lansoprazole interefers with iron absorption then I'm wasting my time but these two medications have been prescribed by my Dr so I am confused

All supermarkets sell Iron tablets 14mg for so cheap and what is the difference in a prescribed ones witch does cost a lot more..
