Details:

... experiencing lower abdominalpains and discharge that is clear but large amouts like say a tablespoon twice a day ... this has happened for the last three days. I am concerned as my lower abdomen feels heavy as well

May be your hormones are regulating ... but just to be sure that it is nothing else I would suggest that you please see your doctor.
