GSK has told me today Nov.23 that they no longer support it. I am being billed for alkeran totalling $27k. My insurance will only pay $2k. I need to find help paying this huge bill. Thanks. Jan W

GlaxoSmithKline are still the manufacturers of Alkeran ... so I don't think nay other company will be "supporting" it.
Alheran (melphalan) is a cancer medication. Melphalan interferes with the growth of cancer cells and slows their growth and spread in the body.
Melphalan is used to treat multiple myeloma (a type of blood cancer), cancer of the ovary, and breast cancer.
