Dapoxetine is marketed as the first medication purposively developed for the on-demand treatment of Premature Ejaculation (However, at least a published study demonstrates that Excitalopram has a much better effect, even thought it isn't "on-demand". Dapoxetine is marketed in Europe since a few months, but I'm not sure if it's already available on the Northern America market.

If you live in the United States you can go to the FDA website www.fda.gov to look up the drug and see if it is an approved drug, Canada's administration may be harder to find what is approved and I don't know about Mexico's Administration of prescription drugs. Good Luck in your search.
