Any side effect from the subutex will happen faster if it is snorted. The side effects are sweating, nausea, headache, stomach upset, sleepiness or being hyper. I don't think the anger is from the subutex. I was in a whole group of people taking suboxone, which is the sister drug and it didn't cause anger in any of us. No one is supposed to snort it, although I am sure you know that. Suboxone contains an extra ingredient the blocks other opiates from working and subutex does not have that drug in it. Is it possible he is abusing some other drugs or drinking on top of the subutex? If he is, then that is possibly where the anger/temper is being triggered.
