First - I don't think it is a 100ml. Probably 100 units/ml and a 10ml bottle. That might help calrify somethings.
If it just says humalog, it is probably regular humalog. The others you have describe have a combination of a fast aciting and an intermediate acting insulin.
One way to tell is if it is plain humalog it will say "Insulin Lispro" if it is a mix it will say "Insulin Lispro/Insulin Lispro Protomine".
You should check with a drug store in Saudi Arabia, since I am not familiar with what they have.
