Hello ive just started useing xalatan how long does it take to start working?

You should notice a difference in a few days. If you don't then do give a few weeks ... it should help.

What difference should you notice? If you start this treatment early there is no "differance"... until you are measured for your IOP ... which is usuallly done in 30 day intervals. Is this the differance to which you were referring?

Well not really ... if the glaucoma is really severe then you may notice a difference in your vision in perhaps a few days. In terms of the medicine having an effect physiologically then it should start to do so in a few days.
