Recently taking cefdinir antibiotic, wonder if this is causing reflux. I tried one tums, and that may help.

Prevacid is usually only given once daily.
Cefdinir could be responsible for your worsening symptoms. Side effects include bloating, gas upset stomach and stomach pain.
You should see your doctor again if you are not getting sufficient relief.
