My doctor prescribed me Opana er 20mg. I have a weak stomach and decided I was going to snort them. I heard snorting them has more of an effect than taking them orally. Should i snort an entire pill? I'm 6' 2" and i weigh 210 lbs. This is the first painkiller I've ever taken. I would like to take them as quickly as possible. Please give me any advice you can.

You could really mess up your nose by doing that. Just make sure you eat really well before you take the Opana. It is a very strong pain medicine. Try half the dose if you are worried about your stomach. It can make you nauseous, however, I am pretty sure if you snort it, it will still do it.
