Plz Seek from your health care provider immediate medical care for serious symptoms such as severe or persistent abdominal pain, bloody stool (the blood may be red, black, or tarry in texture), or vomiting blood or black material (resembling coffee grounds).
1.Antibiotic therapy is the main treatment(two antibiotics are given for 14 days)
(Amoxicillin-Clarithromycin (Biaxin)-Metronidazole (Flagyl)-Tetracycline)
2.Proton pump inhibitors that are effective (Esomeprazole (Nexium)-Lansoprazole (Prevacid)-Omeprazole (Prilosec)-Pantoprazole (Protonix)-Rabeprazole (Aciphex)
3.Histamine H2-receptor antagonists :Cimetidine (Tagamet)-Famotidine (Pepcid)-Nizatidine (Axid)-Ranitidine (Zantac)
