yes, I take Ventolin, Atroven and Qvar for COPD, asthma and my blood pressure medication, ramipril which helps. The pain is generalized on the upper torso, back also. It is like a burning sensation and shaking inside. I do not know how to get rid of it. Only after 8 hours of sleep it goes away in the morning, but returns in the evening. I do not feel tightness in the chest.
When taking Ramipril it is recommended that patients who are taking ACE inhibitors to avoid moderately high or high potassium dietary intake. Particular attention should be paid to the potassium content of salt substitutes.
I shall check the side effects of the meds that you take, the cause could be due to one of them.

Thank you, Rajive. I forgot to tell you that I also take risperidone and Ativan. But I have been taking them for years and never had a problem. It seems that my LBBB got worse after the angiogram, and that is when I began to have severe chest pain. However, the cardiologist refused to medicate me. He said I may also have SVT, and that if it happens again, he will send me to a specialist to have a cardiac ablation so I do not have to take medication. Hope this will help. Thank you again for your help.
Most welcome, stay well, be safe & take care, do let me know form time to time, thanks.

We can help manage our chest pain and prolong our lives, by not smoking, restricting or eliminating altogether alcohol consumption, eating a diet low in salt and fat, and exercising. Doctors may prescribe medications, such as beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors and diuretics. to help improve heart function and treat resulting symptoms, such as swelling and fluid retention. Surgery, including the insertion of a pacemaker or a transplant, may also be necessary. Life expectancy with heart disease, as with other diseases and conditions, is most bleak when diagnosed as end stage.
