There are several options available to you.
Firstly, if your eyes are only occassionally annoying you, you could try using an anti-histamine eye drop eg, Visine A, Rite Aid eye drops, Refresh Eye Itch Relief, Alaway. Ask your Pharmacist to see the full range. These eye drops will give you immediate relief from the itch and will help to reduce red eye. They are only intended for short term use.
If your eyes are constantly bothersome you could consider taking a daily anti-histamine tablet. These would help your nasal symptoms also. Ask to see the full range from your Pharmacist. eg Clarinex, Allegra, Zyrtec, Hismanal etc.
Both options are safe to take with your Flonase.
