Have scoliosis,spinal stinosis,arthritis of the spine, herniated disc. etc. Have been on 180MG?

Avinza is a morphine drug of which there are many generics available. I am more concerned with the swelling you are talking about in your feet. Have you seen your doctor about this? Do you have high blood pressure or heart disease? What kind of doctor do you currently see. Is a pain specialist handling your prescriptions or your regular MD? The leg pain is probably neuropathy of which there is several different types of meds that can be used for this condition. My husband has ad 10 back surgeries & 2 neck surgeries, so I know where you are coming from. 4 of his were fusions which are great if they work. They main problem with them is they put pressures of the level above & below the fusion & usually end up with more problems. You say you take 600mg of neurontin a day which is not a very large or therapeutic dose. My husbad takes 1,200mg a day & could really use more. It does help him get some sleep tho' not too much.

It appears you could use an increase in that med. which might help your leg pain. I believe before changing anything you must get to the bottom of why you are having swelling of the feet. You doctor is the one to correctly diagnose this problem as it can range from several diferent factors , that we cannot diagnose writing back & forth.
