Have been taking 20mg nadolol for esophageal varices, but it fatigued me so much, heart rate around 60, bp 90/55. Now I am splitting the pill and taking 10mg. I seem to just get exhausted in the afternoons. Anyone with knowledge on this? Best time of day to take it?
Thanks, Joel
