If so what meds do u take. Also take warafin,coreg n hyzaar.
Have AFIB had ablation n 6 cardioversions n still get AF. Take amiodarone. Anyone similar?

I have two brothers in the same situation as well as myself, I have not had any ablations but a Medtronic Pacemaker implanted in 2006 still have a-fib. Control my heart rate with Verapamil and Metoprolol Tartrate. Heart Rate is far more important than Heart Rhythm.
I would also suggest you Visit www.amiodaronetoxicity.com for more information. I have had arrhythmia problems since 1993. I have had over 1300 episodes since I had my pacemaker installed so that isn't perfect either but never had (breathing problems) until after I took Amiodarone for 10 days. Now there are times I wish I could just die.
