Have a pill that has v-2106 blue is this the same as a Vicodin?

No. This v-2106 pill is amitriptyline 150 mg which is an anti-depressant but is sometimes used to help with chronic pain. Vicodin is hydrocodone and acetaminophen. Hydrocodone is an opioid analgesic while acetaminophen is an analgesic and antipyretic drug. Hope this helps
