Has Tri-lo-sprintec ever caused muscle spasms or cramping?

Abdominal cramping is a common, less serious side effect of Tri-Lo-Sprintec. Calf/leg pain or swelling or numbness is a serious side effect - so please see your doctor if this cramping/spasms is in the legs. It's best to get checked out - just to be sure.
