Detrol is intended to be taken twice daily, every day, for the symptoms of an overactive bladder or urinary incontinence.
It is not intended to be used just for when there is not a bathroom handy ... although your scenario is interesting. Maybe you should have a chat with your doctor. I would be interested in what your doctor says.
