juniebird2I took that all last winter and never got a cold or pnumonia, to which I am prone too, it is amazing, my neurologist suggested it to me. He sai in the summer cut it back to 2000 units, it has worked for me!
Has anyone tried 4000 units of vitamin D in the winter months?
