I'm frustrated and concerned about the lack of information. I've been on Xyrem for Narcoplepsy with cataplexy for about 6 years (3.25 g 2x / night), and am now pregnant. I'd error on the side of caution and stop the medicine, but I'm not sure that my pre-xyrem state is the healthy in terms of pregnancy either... I'd appreciate any information including whether you know of anyone who had xyrem/pregnancy complications or someone who took this medication with no issues at all. Thanks!
