I had a bacteria infection in my stomach that caused severe reflux. After eradication of the infection, the symtoms of extreemly bad reflux was still very much present. I was taking 4 carafate a day along with 2 nexium. After a EGD, my doctor took me off the carafate on on the Limbitrol -one a night. Has anyone ever heard of such a treatment?
Has anyone heard of using Limbitrol to treat GERD?
