My Doctor recently switched me from Norvasc to Avapro as I was experiencing swelling in my feet and ankles, even tho I walked daily. Can anyone tell me about any side effectsof Avapro thankyou

Common Avapro side effects include diarrhea, heartburn, upset stomach, mild dizziness and tiredness. Swelling of the extremities (fingers & toes) has been reported but is less common. You should talk with your doctor. Avapro may not be right for you.
