I took 2 correctol tablets at about 10:30 last night. Woke up at 1:30 feeling like I had swallowed acid. My stomach (all around navel area) was severely burning. I drank a couple glasses of water but it kept getting worse to where I was getting faint (and I take pain VERY well). Went to ER and pain started to diminish so I decided to go home. Had bm and went to bed. Woke again around 3:30 with stomach distended up to chest and burning from chest down. Another bm. Neither bm was the watery kind you get with a laxative. I also didn't get the cramps I usually get with a laxative. Today my stomach is sore, still distended but not as much. Any input?
