Do the dreams involve horses?
Premarin is estrogens isolated from mare's urine (PREgnant MARes' urINe)= PRE MAR IN. They immobilize the pregnant horses and use catheters to collect their urine.
I took this for many years until I had a stroke followed by breast cancer. Those can be 2 of the many side effects of ERT (estrogen replacement therapy).
If bad dreams are the only side effect, consider yourself blessed.
