I take Celexa 20mg daily and my doctor added Wellbutrin XL 150mg daily for lack of motivation and energy. I've been on the Wellbutrin XL for 3 wks now and I'm thinking it may just be too strong for me. Or maybe its the combination of Celexa and Wellbutrin. I feel fluttering in my chest and anxiety is high, can't seem to get enough air. Is this normal for WellbutrinXL? It does give me more motivation.
