Anyone heard of using Thorazine topically in children?

Has anyone ever heard of using thorazine topically as a gel for children. It has been prescribed this way - we are applying topically to a child's back and can find no info on topical gel? Thanks, Lynne

What is it being used to treat?
Did a specialist prescribe it - if so, what type of specialist?
