Has anyone else experienced undigested pentasa granules in their stools?

None of the reviews mention anything like that but I suppose it can happen. Please join the forum... someone there may share your experience.

Yes, I have. It's nothing to be alarmed about. Let your doctor know, but most likely he/she will tell you to continue taking the Pentasa. I find my food stays in me longer if I take it before I eat, rather than after. I take 1.5 g in morning, 1 g before lunch and 1.5 g before dinner.

Yes I have been on Pentasa for 5 days now and noticed after the 3rd day that I had the granules in my stool. Not sure if this is normal?

Hello,
I was told that those are just empty shells. I haven't actually checked to see if they are in fact empty or if they still contain particles. :(
