None of the reviews mention anything like that but I suppose it can happen. Please join the forum... someone there may share your experience.

Yes, I have. It's nothing to be alarmed about. Let your doctor know, but most likely he/she will tell you to continue taking the Pentasa. I find my food stays in me longer if I take it before I eat, rather than after. I take 1.5 g in morning, 1 g before lunch and 1.5 g before dinner.
