Nifedipine's off label use could be prescribed for migraines.

Generally, Nifedipine is a prescription medication used to treat certain types of chest pain (angina) and high blood pressure (hypertension).

Take care, best wishes!

I was prescribed nifedipine to treat high blood pressure several years ago. It did the trick and kept it under control. After I had heart surgery in 2005, the nifedipine was unnecessary.
