I could only find one review made by someone who has used Synarel. Hope you find it useful. Please see link below.

I have been on Synarel for about 6 months. It started out great, stopped my pain and no side effects for 2 months. Then, my monthly pain (even though I had my uterus taken out a couple of years ago, I still manage to have painful cycles! just no bleeding) started to return and I also started to get sweats which have gotten really bad, and then insomnia kicked in. On my own I decided to up my dosage a wee bit, and that seemed to decrease my pain again. Now I have to go off it and will supposedly find out whether it worked or not. I'm sort of glad because the sweats and insomnia have become almost unbearable. But if my pain comes back I'm afraid the only thing left is to get the rest of my parts taken out! But you had everything out and you still have pain???

I know I need to go off of it but I'm really afraid to after being on it this long! ( I don't know if there will be withdrawel or other problems) I also have heard that the company that makes it in the US is discontinueing it. Any body know?
Thanks!!!
