Has any 1 had rsd spread 2 the other side of body?

Hello, Genna767... I have RSD in both feet and lower legs, worse on the left side. Although the symptoms started on my left ankle/foot area, it pretty quickly moved for me to the right side to the big toe joint and foot, and then eventually up to both of my lower legs. It has now been 2 years almost exactly and my neurologist said that he doesn't expect it to go any further (without further injury or surgeries, of course). How long has it been since the onset of the RSD in your left elbow? I think that the paths of progression of RSD, if any, is very different for different people. I really hope that this is not indicitive of the spead of your RSD. How did your blocks go?? Hope you feel better -Shannon

Yep! I now suffer rsd symtoms throughout my entire body. I had two sympathetic nerve blocks. The morning after my second block, I felt a fire mushroom cloud go up my spine all the way to the point between my shoulders. Now I have rsd symptoms in my back. It is a long story for me of how it spread. I choose not to have any more injections at this time. Please make sure not to put ice on your rsd. Ice will cause rsd spread. Hello,
Mine started in shoulder and has spread to organs and all over body, the only thing that has helped is Ketamine infusions. Good luck.
