How can you counteract the narcolepsia (Sleepness ) and lack of energy. Any meds that can be taken together that will reduce that?

Hello Marageto. I know its often like this, side effects can be a pain to say the least. Not knowing, your dose, you might talk or ask your doctor, to lessen your current dose. Often, by dropping it a notch, whats been bothering you, such as fatigue will at least help it to diminish, if not disappear altogether. Best wishes to you,
