annatfultz... endemetriosis at 17. I am now 30. Two yrs ago I had my right ovary and tube removed due to constant, severe, and.extremely painful cysts on my right ovary only. I have just recently started having the same kind of pain on the right side but cant figure out whys since there r no ovary or tube on that side? Hey Anna, it is possible you have scar tissue or adhesions from the surgery or endometriosis. I have some on the left side and it seems to sometimes really hurt when the barometric pressure goes whacky or when it is storming. It can be lasered out, but may come back. That is why I just left mine alone.
