Hello Olinyc. I was on Anafranil, some time ago. It was in the mid eighties. I went back to my notes and then I was on a dose which ended up at 200mg. I was on it about a years time. Side effects were a bother, trembling, shaking, and dry mouth. None of which went away. In fact these were the reasons I stopped taking it. No gain and so why go through the unpleasantness. In those days I went through a large variety of drugs to help me fight my anxiety,depression and ocd. Studies show that when used in people to help fight thier ocd, there is a large success rate.
