mizzvronGuinea Pig? guess I am the only one on Natazia and have been for almost two months now. I have not had a menstrual cycle since starting these pills... I even took a pregnancy test and it was negative, but I am still a little leary on the results because I am not sure if birth control interferes with results? The box for Natazia says if I have no cycle for two months, I MAY be pregnant. So, is it safe for me to continue taking the pills if I am?

Actually my question hasn't been answered. I am still currently taking the pills and still no period. I did have ny period when I initially started taking them, but Aunt Flo hasn't visited since. I have a follow up appt. with my ob soon and will question her then. I'm not as worried as before due to some research I did that may explain the absence of my period. Thanks for commenting.
Hi sorry you had no responses, it's really annoying when this happens hey! Yes please check with your ob. Have you been under a lot of stress lately or lost a lot of weight, reasons for your periods to stop? Your not pregnant i guess?? Hope it works out OK
Not a problem. I actually gained weight since starting bc, but the pt was negative. I'm taking another one soon.
You are not the only one experiencing issues of this nature. I've been on Natazia for almost 3 months now. The first month I barely spotted; the second month I had it for 2 days, it stopped for 1, started again for another 3 days, then stopped for half a week, then started again... but the flow amounts didn't add up to much. I'm not sure I will be making it to the full 3 months of taking this because I'm feeling symptoms of menstrual onset all of the time. How did the pregnancy test and ob/gyn visit go?
@ kristen, I have the symptoms too that I'm about to start and then nothing except acne breakouts. My ob appt is not for another few weeks and I haven't taken another test yet. Not that its a good thing, but I'm glad I'm not alone. Thanks for sharing.
I've been on it two months now too and I have not had one either. I've taken tests too and they're negative. Dunno, glad I'm not the only one!
Reiona, the third pack of pills was when I started my period. Yay! & it only lasted two days and was light enough to only wear a panty liner. I didn't, but could have. So, I think I like this pill now. Only negative things are acne and weight gain (I gained 9 lbs since first pack).
Hey girls, I am so glad to see this on here. I am getting ready to start my new round of pills (my second month of taking natazia). I have not started period and I am freaking out. I had tons of cramping last night and thought for sure when I woke up that I would have started my period... not a drop. I had two little drops the other day that is it. Part of me feels like well maybe I could be pregnant because I am very moody and weight gain, but those could just be due to the new bc. I am debating on if I should take a pregnancy test or not.
I would take a pregnancy test just for reassurance. & I have gained a total of 15 lbs since starting these pills, including holiday indulgence. But next month your period should be almost normal again, just shorter. Mines is only two days now. Yay! The only downer is my ins. coverage for it is on the high end @ $75! So, I may be trying something new again. Happy holidays everyone!
fewwww im so glad I was able to read this! I just started Natazia because Yasmin made me sooo sick and my period was horrible. But I became worried that I had a period for about a minute my first pack and after reading many peoples reviews I was shocked to hear that most people seem to have spotting most of the time... I am sure im not pregnant but I am now worried to be having sex from the stress of not having a period! Does anyone know if your period does come back with time?
@ ebelle, by the third pack my periods were back, but only last two days and are extremely light.
