Guaifenex PSE120 contains a nasal decongestant (pseudoephedrine) and this may help to clear up ear stuffiness. If it doesn't then please see your doctor.

You can try it but if you have ear pain or pain when you tug on your ear lobe you may have a ear infection brewing. Lets hope not but if you get those symptons call your doctor. Good Luck and feel better soon. I hope this will help Barb
