I have a RX from a few years ago. I kept it because it worked so well. Now I have the same thing and trying to stay out of Dr. ofc.

It lasts about a year. Then it will start to loose it strength. I have the same problem and I could tell it was not as strong as before. So I called the pharmacy and gave them my old RX number and said I need a refill and they just called the doctor. Doing it this way I did not have to go into the doctor's office.
