I am assuming the guaifenesin and phenylepherine are 1 tablet and pseudoephedrine is a separate tablet.
If you are taking the guaifenesin and phenylepherine tablet then you don't need to (and shouldn't) take the pseudoephedrine tablet.
Phenylepherine and pseudoephedrine both work as decongestants and taking them together will enhance side effects such as increased blood pressure, restlessness, etc.

It contains Acetaminophen/Dextromethorphan/Guaifenesin/Pseudoephedrine.
