Pill imprint E 20 has been identified as Opana ER (oxymorphone) 20 mg. It is a narcotic analgesic.

Description: Opana ER 20 mg - Light green, round, film-coated, biconvex extended-release tablets debossed with an “E” on one side and a “20” on the other side.
