I take Glyburide 5mg 2 tablets also Metformin HCL 500mg 2 tablets every morning & at night every day? Do you take them before or after meals? With water, food, milk or it dosn"t matter ??

You can take your meds with any kind of food you want. I do this everyday. I usually have a hot coffee with my breakfast, but I've also taken them with diet coke too. I make sure I take them with a little food in my mouth with a drink. That way they'll absorb better and you have less minor side affects. I hope this helps you.
