Generic Flonase and Generic Zyrtec together, for my 4 year old?

My ped prescribed it, but I always want to double check. But I can't find any information about the 2 meds used together

Both medications are for allergies, try finding more information on www.drugs.com, do not see any harm with any of the medicines, however if the ped has prescribed it should have a reason to do so, best of luck, hope this helps
