lung cancer stad 4, with level of CEA 2900, 42 years old, female and starting Iressa from Astra Zeneca 3 days ago.
Generic and original Iressa are they the same? any plu and minus? can I take generic to replace?

There is currently no generic versions of Iressa available.
Patent is not due to expire until 2017 - and this may change. Until the patent expires no other drug company can legally make generic iressa.
You should be careful about trying a generic version of Iressa - it is most likely fake or could be unsafe.
