I wasn't officially diagnosed with GAD , but reading the instructions... and uses for the drugs that was prescribed for me , and look at my history , I would definitely say that I have it ... any way to confirm ... my doctor has given me " Duloxetine " ... has it been any good for any of you ... if not ..then what is the most effective drug that I can take ?

Duloxetine works very well for some people. There are many medicines similar to duloxetine and it is not a one size fits all sort of deal. Rather it is a trial and error process finding the medication that works for you. Can take awhile to figure out, but well worth the effort once you do.

Duloxetine is used often in the US for both depression/ anxiety and for neuropathic pain. The other two medication I am not familiar with as they are not available in the US.
